Just many variations of exercises stacked together with reasonable resistance. Doesn’t matter how heavy, if you do enough you will feel the burn/pump. Same for any body part. Ideally do triceps and biceps on separate days to maximise energy for the muscle group. You also don’t need as many exercises as this, just work 5-8 reps per set and eventually work to failure. No failure, no growth maximisation.

Что бы рука стала больше лучше упор делать на трицепс, там 3 пучка мышц, а в бицепсе 2. Ну и про бицепс тоже забывать не стоит

Ciao, ho 58 anni, 1,87 x 120 kg. Struttura grossa da ex giocatore di Football, preagonismo di nuoto e palestra senza esagerare. Da sempre mi è bastato toccare i manubri per rimettermi in forma, pur senza mai sfiorare la tua forma (taglia 60 di spalle e 52/54 di pantaloni). Però gli amici mi sfottevano dicendo che avevo le braccia grosse come polpacci.... Durante il covid ho prestato servizio come volontario in ambulanze e lo stress mi ha portato a un aneurisma dell'aorta cardiaca, per fortuna rientrato stando semplicemente fermo come un'auto abbandonata. You only need 7 exercises, 3 rounds of 10 to 12 reps per exercise 4 exercises for the triceps muscle 3 exercises for the biceps muscle

This is true. I do these exercises three times a week, but I do a full fifty reps per exercise and always do the last ten reps super slow. But hey, we're all different. However, like you, I think going slow is the key to growth.

Я накачал за рас ,мгновенно 2с половиной см почти 3 в 17 лет ,делал еспандером с одной резинкой по 500 рас и курил точку потом загонялся и ел сковородками ,трицепс лопнул и вырос какой болезненный шар ,я заменил оказал это был рекорд Гиннеса почти 3 см вот так вот ганжубасс

No one needs 12 exercises per body part especially not for a small muscle like the biceps. Pick 1 - 2 of these movements and focus on progressive overload.

No, brother, once a week You only need 7 exercises, 3 rounds of 10 to 12 reps per exercise The biceps are 3 exercises and the triceps are 4 exercises because they are larger

Diet is what controls the body, not exercise, brother. Exercise makes your arm grow, but diet is what controls weight loss and weight gain.

Is this workout done after your normal arm routine or stand alone? I don't see how a dude that jacked is exhausted doing 20's. I'm thinking this is after your workout to failure is done, you take a few minutes to recover and then add these. Not knocking the routine, I just wanna know.

@@Gym.1 The workout you showed only showed a few exercises with light weights. I have to assume this is done after a normal arm workout in order to be that big and be winded moving 20's.

@@Gym.1 do you use a skin fold calipers? That is what I use, however, I think they underestimate BF% on leaner people? It says I'm 6.5% but i would say I'm roughly the same leanness as you in this video, maybe closer to 11%, but not as much mass. I'm 195 lbs @ 5'11". I'm trying to find the best way to track my BF% progress. You definitely look shredded, well done.
