Snap, wish I saw this blog before I started fixing up the 70 I just bought. Making me want to start tearing it apart and rebuilding it again. Have the same engine head to toe too.

I kinda want to take my engine out and color match the engine bay but I want to drive it on the street first, what kinda engine does yours have

@@cali530marcos3 Small block 350 V8. Just been changing all the old parts for new parts. Put some 20in Foose chrome rims but lowered it 4in so it doesn't look over done. Made a center console and put a large stereo in it, also added a digital screen. Been having lots of fun on it but really feel like I needa tear it and start from scratch like you.

The alternator bracket that you have.. you can also use it as a power steering bracket. If your using headers and no longer can bolt power steering bracket to exhaust manifold.

I have had headers on my 67 Camaro for years, I’m going back to stock exhaust, they have caused me nothing but problems since I installed them. I love the performance, but the heat and clearance problems have been a huge headache.

I got the part number from your last video on the alternator but I went to the part store. And it shows that it's only ,.60 amps

Don’t remember how many amps it was but u can always get the bigger one, they should have it in stock too

When I installed the stock ram horns I put on some new felpro gaskets too, it’s just that when I removed the ram horn to install the headers the got stuck to the head so you can’t really see them but there’s gaskets in there

Yes, if u have stock ramhorns they should come with mounting holes to use the brackets

The hugger headers I’m not sure, but the non hugger ones are headmen headers

What size belt are you using for the power steering pump

What size crank pulley do u have, 6 inch or 7 inch

If u have the 6 1/2 inch pulley then the belt # is 15360

I just put the same bracket on my 68 impala now the belt won't fit...what size belt did you use

It depends on the harmonic pulley u have, if ur pulley is 6 1/2 inches then 15550, if ur pulley is 7 3/8 inches then it’s 15555

No, when I took off the ramhorns off they stayed on the heads.

I see the belt is not in line with the water pump pulley

There’s a gasket, it’s the individual type ones, they were stuck on there from when I removed the stock ramhorns
