Hello, I have an 04 s10 blazer with the 4.3 and a 4l60e. I first started having charging problems. changed alternator and still have the problem. Now when driving, it won't shift from 2 to 3. I assumed it was shift solenoids and replaced both A and B. Still doesn't shift to 3rd gear and speedo and gas guages jump around and charging lights blinks on and off. No check engine light at this time. Any ideas?

Ground control is used so if the wires get broken or get rubbing or pinched on the body or chassie and ground out it will not burn the wiring harness out of the vehicle like a hot lead would do. most electronic computer systems are built this way. This is a well explained video on Transmission electrical diagnostics that i have seen.

I have the p0758 code on a 2006 YukonXl slt 4x4 I heard a pop leaving work 1 month ago and no forward gears only reverse. I put a new trans in from a junkyard 01 suburban with less miles then my truck the person that owned it drove it it in no problems it had blown head gasket they didnt want to fix so they junked it trans drove fine to my understanding I put it in now I am getting this code only no other code I put it in gear any gear even reverse and it barely turns wheels forward a second or 2 then stops and doesnt turn anymore unless I put in park and let sit a minute then same thing. I am sole person working in house of 6and my wife is disabled so this truck is our bloodline so to speak have to fix everything myself cant afford a shop is there anyway I can call and talk to you about this I really need help figuring this out thank you Kyle Pearson

i have a question hope you help me my 2005 suburban makes a perty loud clicking noose when i shitf in to D but all other shifts no problem please help

I got 2003 chevrolet silverado 4.3l and my car stopped starting and I got these codes showing p0758 p0785 p0753 p0740. I start the car taking off starting relay in the fuse box and put two wires in the hole 87 and 30 in the conectors where relay was. starting key in the key ignition and connected two wires like I said before and the car starting to run that way. But when I start riding it starts with the second gear not a first one. I replaced solenoid,checked the fuse IGN 0. In rainy days the engine starts to shake,sometimes all the speed works but only for a little bit.Can you help me to find the solution if you know. Thank you.

Yesterday my automatic 2000 tahoe started slipping a lot of its gears and at times wouldn't go into reverse. Then at night time just completely gave out and wouldn't go anywhere. It's on and revs fine but when I shift into drive, reverse, or even 321 it won't go anywhere what could it be?

My 2004 Chevy silverado does the same thing. How do or where do I go to get a copy of the wiring diagram like you have. Is there any other way to tell with out the diagram.

All my problems started with a shock from my dang fog light! I plugged a bulb into the plug and POP! 2004 Chevy Tahoe. I hit a deer leaving the plug exposed. Water must have been inside! Ever since this day I've lost my dash lights, NOT the gauges and every other light on my dash has since followed. TOTAL BLACKOUT. Now since I had a major brake issue fixed? This noise is happening like a rubbing or maybe a grabbing? Almost like I'm driving with my emergency brake on! SIGH my brain is screaming.... Is this my tranny or am I going crazy??? It just sounds like it's not shifting and to be honest? I think it's missing a 4th gear! Check engine light is not on unless it's extremely cold and then it's intermittent! Rubbing buzzing ... Sounds like a jet engine coming down to land when I get off at any highway exit, but my motor is fine!
