- 100g Glutinous rice flour
(白玉粉)
- 35g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 170ml Milk
(牛乳)
- Low heat
(弱火)

All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. If anything bothers you, I sincerely apologize.
And the last thing I am not a professional chef. I'm just a normal person, thank you.

It’s great! Chewy Flavorful milk mochi Definitely try it if you like creamy chewy flavours/texture (Do not store it in the fridge i recommend eating it in a day otherwise it gets a starchy pasty consistency and dries up :(

@@maousamachan Hey. I used lactose-free cow milk with 1,5% fat. Lactose-free milk is way sweeter than the usual one.

Same here We dont have glutoinous rice but what If we try with normal Rice Flour (grinded to powder rice) ? You think it will work. Maybe I even try today

I had the same problem then i saw that the most important thing in making mochi is that you need GLUTINOUS rice flower not simple rice flower
