I've actually given my fish the TIFFY brand of fish food you mentioned and if you actually read the ingredients and did your research you would know that it is actually very good quality. Next time dont generalize, using this fish food has actually made my fish more vibrant in color and helped it grow. The company is american and its actually very high quality i went to their web page and they've been in the industry for over 20 years. The low price in this case has Nothing to do with the quality.

I use the 99¢ store fish bowl to acclimate fish and to also do water changes on my 5 gallon tank

I have a suggestion for vacation fish feeding. I simply use a pill organizer. Its labeled with days of the week and it also can be for 1-2weeks per organizer. Whom ever is carrying for your fish just opens the daily compartment that you have filled with each feeding’s amount. If you have multiple tanks, I’d suggest labeling each pill organizer with each tank. Tank 1, tank 2 etc. very inexpensive!! Thanks for all your helpful info.

I used fish bowls when I was young and stupid(didn't know how to do research on bettas) Now I only use my bowl to plant and grow out my aquarium plants

Alejandra Espinosa don’t be harsh on yourself nearly every kid who’s had fish used a fish bowl or did something wrong, no one is stupid when their young you were still learning about stuff!

Someone could use the fish bowls for a snail aquarium. Definitely not for fish though

The small bowls would be good for if you are doing water changes and you could put your fish in there.

I have the long arm grabber for my 45 tall, so hard to reach to the bottom to get anything also works great for planting in gravel substrate!

My dollar stores don't really have fish stuff but my dollar tree has clear glass bowls that are small they work well for hides and tank decor

I wouldn't recommend Dollar tree plugs ever. They lower the amount of voltage towards every plug, unlike more expensive ones. With the lower voltage not everything will work properly, or at full power
