I know... but it's probably because Korbin was filming 8-10 videos everyday for the last week. Because he wanted to get videos ready before the baby is born. That's why it might seem a little rushed. They generally film 14-16 videos a week, but this week they filmed close to 50. Edit - They shot this in the old house. So probably not the reason. Everyone has a bad day. :)

Usually wives in India have to compromise with their husbands for the sake of the kids and the society even when they know that their husbands are cheating upon them. Hence, a direct confrontation with the husband in this case was not possible. It's sad. But true. In most cases.

Not at all. In fact, he was waiting for her to find out about her Husband's affair and seemed deeply saddened by the husband's shameful acts. It's not good to write any random bullshit about anyone just because you are behind a computer screen.
