Thank you for watching, going through my channel just now I could not find a 'what I eat in a day video' unfortunately it never occured to me back then to make one. Due to my work schedule I havent made videos in over a year but when I do start again it will definitely be a what I eat in a day! To tell you the truth for me it's mostly very simple, smoothie bowl in the morning or overnight oats, salads or veggie in dips for lunch and for dinner anyone of my recipes. right now I'm really enjoying raw lasagna, the raw pad thai noodles or spring rolls with peanut sauce or a cooked plant based meal as I do occasionally eat cooked from my other channel.
