Love it! I’m 53, and haven’t been able to lose weight for 6 years. I have a couple of health issues and medication that makes me gain weight. Well, I about to be off all medication and I went from 180 and now 158. I also do the Olive oil recipe daily as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It works so well i drank it every day for one week and I lost 2kg in one week I did squats after eating that’s all what I did and I lost 2kg it’s really useful I’d recommend y’all to try it !

So, it was the squats that caused the weight loss. Replace the chia seed regimen with smoking a cigarette instead, and then do the squats. You'll still lose the same weight.

@@hotdog5178I somewhat agree 😂 but you also have to take into consideration that it keeps you full and satisfied for several hours. I started with chia seeds just a couple of days ago but there is such an immense difference between my appetite and food cravings. It definitely helps in more ways

Ground flaxseeds and basil seeds are far better for the human body than chia seeds. Chia seeds are believed to cause inflammatory response in our bodies. They're no longer considered to be a superfood because they're acidic.

One of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Has amazing amounts of almost all the essential minerals. Also extremely fibrous, keeping you full through the night if you are trying to lose weight. Short chain omega 3 fatty acids as well.

i usually do chia seeds,honey and milk and put it in the freezer overnight and it makes a rlly good chia seed pudding i usually take one in the morning and make another at the evening and put it in the freezer to eat the next day

I do coconut oil + oatmilk and coffee for breakfast … I drink chia + warm lemon water in the afternoon after lunch to help with digestion, and to help fight against my afternoon munchies . I always like to snack in the afternoon … this helps.

Hi Doc! I saved one of your videos to take notes and now I can't find it! I DID take the notes and I believe it was for circulation and brain health(?). The ingredients contained 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds, 2 Tablespoons, EVOO, a dash or 2 of Cayenne pepper and a glass of water. Sit for 15 minutes in water, stir and drink before a meal. Then wash down with more water as seeds expand about 12x. ...MY QUESTIONS ARE: Do you know which video that was? and also, Can I make the drink without the Chia Seeds? I don't know if that was just for helping people be "regular" (I don't have that issue) OR if it's necessary for the circulation too. Thank you :D

PRO-TIP. If you have a few chia seeds left in the glass after you drink them, put them in the trash. Don't wash them down the sink drain unless you want to find green tendrils of chia growing up into your sink. Trust me on this. 🤣
