Sorry but bechamel is not ricotta and mozzarella cheese!!!! bechamel is flour-butter & milk as known as one of the mother sauces in cooking.

Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmigiano ? Is he crazy ? Bechamel is made with milk, flour and butter, if you like you can add nutmeg and very very very few pepper, avoid salt, make bechamel unstable. And lasagne, NOT lasagnA that doesn' t exist in Italy, needs MANY layers, not 2 or 3 . Cooking such a dish in Italy should condemn you to be immediately fired.
@vecchiogufo48635 жыл бұрын
@@MuhMuhMamaLuigi Ok, they can do anything they want, but don't tell it " Lasagna ". Ahem, " LasagnA " doesn' t exist in Italy, we eat " LasagnE ".
@vecchiogufo48635 жыл бұрын
@@GabrielleduVent Yes, many sheets, but we call them LasagnE, not LasagnA, this is a recent misunderstanding. A single pasta sheet is a LasagnA.

Italian food are tasteless af. Good thing this old dude have a sense of innovation and made a boring lasagne into a great lasagna.

is that besciamella? OMFG...you don't even know what you are talking about
@yansaporiti24986 жыл бұрын
Sta lasagna fa schifo..
