Fresh homemade Mozzarella, other ingredients look very nice and Fresh too. Nice bread, Sauce Looks delicious. This Looks like an amazing Sandwich. Probz to that guy.

On my Italian cold cut subs I insist on provolone and lots of it. Not mozzarella. Provolone is much more flavorful. Oil and vinegar plus mayonnaise. Green olives. Italian ham, salami, gaba, great crusty yet chewy roll. Fresh onion and lettuce. Plenty of oregano....its the best sandwich ever. Thanks Italian culture.....from the bottom of my stomach.

Fresh mozzarella in water is not that easy to find, but all of the ingredients are in your higher end grocery stores to make that sandwich. I prefer to make it open face style and with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
