The amount of mothers who give trauma like EDs to their daughters because they refuse to deal with their own trauma is insane. Even if this girl doesnt have ED now, she is on her way to develop it or a bunch of other horrible things. Our worst issues come from the traumas those who raised us give us.

Yeah of course Dr Manning thinks she knows how to diagnose an eating disorder better than the psychologist. Pretty obvious when she happily ate the burger that she wasn't anorexic.

sounds like my mom. A couple months ago she told me i needed to loose some weight, i checked my weight and turns out i had lost 5kg since the last time i weighted myself

I just went thru my 69 yr old father going thru kidney failure, 24ish hours away from death. I’m now super sensitive to kidney failure. He went so downhill in the days leading up to his hospitalization but we still thought he was ‘himself’. He was REALLY not.

I have partial kidney failure (3b). A friend of mine had complete failure during pregnancy. That was about 15 years ago and she is still fighting it.
