For Marination: - Chicken Thigh Fillet - 10 No, Refined Flour - 100 gm, Milk - 250 ml, Baking Powder - 1 tsp, MSG - 1 tsp, Ginger Powder - 1 tsp, Onion Powder -1 tsp, Garlic Powder - 1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp, Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp, Paprika Powder - 1 tsp, Salt to taste. For Breading & Frying:- Refined Flour - 500gm, Salt to taste, black pepper powder - 1 tbsp, Baking powder - 1tsp and Oil as required. For Burger Assembling (for 1 Burger) :- Mayonnaise 20 gm, Shredded Iceberg Lettuce - 20 gm, Sesame Bun - 1 No. Note: You may add super fine paste of Onion, Ginger and Garlic, if you don’t have powder. However, please reduce the quantity of milk accordingly. Kindly marinate chicken for 2 hours in the refrigerator. The seasoning used for popcorn chicken is Hot & Sour Seasoning made with Chilli Powder 1 tsp, Mango Powder 1 tsp and salt to taste.
