I suppose this is why French food is so expensive, very labor and skill intensive. I cannot multitask like this pro. The sliced breast plate is probably the more flavorful because the sauce gets to work in between the pieces.

I learned a very similar recipe at the art institute. Instead of the beurre blanc we did flour and butter combo after reduction and it made a super rich creamy reduction. I'm gonna have to try this beurre blanc.

Wow ... great how-to video - ALL steps thoroughly explained. Very classy dish - date night ... or special evening. Thank you - and also from comments below - very cool accent and I also couldn't place it.

OMG!!! Your camera assistant is so indecisive, couldn’t figure out whether to do close up shot or pan away, its like watching this video on a roller coaster. Its a shame, the chef is very good but I couldn’t finish the video because its makes me dizzy.

Question: Does putting the pan on the cutting board infect the cutting board because if that's so then the chicken would be infected from bacteria.

Nice to see the process and recipe but I cannot help but feel the meal was missing something, like mashed potatoes and perhaps a piece of puff pastry kind of like to make a meal, those ingredients should have been combined into a pie and served with mashed potatoes and baked beans or green peas. As it is, it just doesn’t feel a complete meal to me, more like a few individual ingredients on a plate.

A lot of ppl are worried about too much butter not healthy. No, man. If you're lifting weights, the fat isn't gonna make you fat. It's part of the macros you need. Keto diet, carnivore diet. They eat fats and protein. It's too much carb that makes you fat. I ma try to make that beure blanc and duplicate this dish exactly.

😮 You dont want to use too much "buder" chef. Are you kidding me? That's about a lb for this dish. Not to mention salt its about about a tablespoon. This dish is a heart attack waiting to happen. I was just looking for a simple light dish recipe. The "buder"alone in this is about 500 calories by itself.
