I’ve just made this tonight, one of the best currys I’ve had in a long time, ticks all the boxes, creamy spicy , and mild curry like. I added prawns too and they really went well with it. Thanks Syed.

I made this tonight. It was really delicious I didn't add coconut milk just the powder and a splash of cream. Yum
