CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO INGREDIENTS:
2 6oz Chicken Breast, pounded evenly but not too thin
1 Tbsp of Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Sprinkle of Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups of Heavy Cream
4oz of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Grated Parm
8 oz of Fettuccine

Just made this but doubled the recipe. It was VERY good. I also added broccoli into it. My only complaint that I had was that the sauce was almost TOO thick. I added a few splashes of pasta water which helped.

For most of my adult life I've ignored the America-Italian dishes in lieu of the authentic dishes but eventually you need to find something new, and for me that means returning to the American-Italian dishes that I grew up with. As an Italian, I thank you for reiterating that this pasta does not exist in Italy. Even chicken with pasta is unthinkable in Italy.
