3 green chilli +1 small onion + 1/2 cup coriander leaves = crushed

salt to taste

1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp clarified butter
2 tbsp roasted gramflour
1/2 lemon juice
1 charcoal for smoky flavour
oil for frying
1 bay leaf
2 cinamon stick
2 green cardomom
7 - 8 black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato puree
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp hot spices (garam masala)
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp corinader leaves
2 tbsp oil
