Coconut oil - 2tsp
Cornflour - 2tsp
For frying
Coconut oil - 3tbsp
Dried chilli - 5
Curry leaves - few
Shallots and Onions - 1C
Ginger - 1 1/2tsp
Garlic - 2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4tsp
Garam masala - 1/8tsp
Chilli flakes - 2tsp
Curry leaves - few
Tomato sauce - 2tbsp
Water - 1/8C
Salt - a pinch
