Coconut Shaving/ Chips------------1/4c
Ginger Garlic crushed----------------1 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder--------------------------2 tsp( opt)
Garam masala---------------------------3/4 tsp
Salt---------------------------------------------2 tsp or to taste
Curry leaves-------------------------------few
Turmeric powder-----------------------1/2 tsp
Vinegar--------------------------------------2 tsp
Coconut oil--------------------------------3 tbsp
Garlic crushed---------------------------10 cloves
Onion-----------------------------------------1 sliced
Curry leaves------------------------------small handful

Madam Mahima, you never fail to impress me with your ingenuity. You take the most common Mallu recipes and wave wand of magic that emphasizes a certain originality and tons of simplicity which would entice even a novice into the realm of cooking. I'm a little wary of the chilli quantities but as you have mentioned, vary it to my requirements. Frankly without indulging in an overdose of flattery-I dont need most of the cookery books by the well known names of Mallu/Syrian Christian anymore.Bravo Mahima! Please keep this kind of stuff coming. It changes my mood every morning.

Very professional.. Simplified. Neat presentation. No extra talking. Good collection of dishes and cutlery. Time to throw away all cookery books. Slow and steady.. wins the race... Best wishes....Great going. Only advice pls stick on to cooking ..so that we don't waste our time watching personal vlogs and day in my life...the day u start that you will find ur subscribers leaving you. Which happened to many other youtubers.

Wonderful recipe. Awesome. I marinated the chicken for 3 hours. So it's necessary before cooking the dish. Never be in a hurry to cook this easy dish. Post marinating it's total of half hour to complete it
