Ingredients :
Ramen Noodles ( 3 packs)
Water to boil
Garlic cloves - 3-4 cloves
Ginger slice - 2 inch
Dry Red Chili - 2
Mushroom sliced - 4 big
Onion - 1/2 medium sliced
Spring Onion - as per taste (optional)
Carrots - 1 medium thin sliced
Cabbage - 1/2 cup sliced
Green bell pepper - 1/2 cup sliced
Yellow bell pepper - 1/4 cup sliced
Salt - as per taste
Black pepper - 1.5 tsp
Soya sauce - 4 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Hot sauce/ketchup - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chicken thigh piece - 250 grams (cut into bite size pieces)
Method -
Boil the noodles in water till 80% cooked.
Drain water and lay on a plate
Drizzle little oil on top
Chop the veggies and keep ready, use any veggies of choice
Cut the Chicken Thighs into small bite size pieces
Add Salt, black pepper, soya sauce , corn flour and mix and marinate the chicken well
In a hot wok, add 2 tbsp oil
Drop in the garlic, ginger and dry red chili
Add the chicken pieces and stir fry on high flame for 5 mins
Once the chicken start getting color, push towards the side
Add more oil
Now drop the veggies and fry for 5 mins
Meanwhile add salt and let the veggies soften
Once the veggies are cooked, add the noodles
Add soya sauce, hot sauce and vinegar
Also add tastemaker packet as per choice (optional)
Mix noodles with the chicken and veggies
Finally add crushed black pepper and spring onion
Give one final mix and serve
Note : Use combination of veggies as per choice.
Chicken breast can also be used instead of thigh (however, thighs give better taste and remains soft). Also do not overcook the veggies, let them be little crunchy. Keep the flame medium to high .
