Chicken Reshmi Paneer Handi Restaurant Style
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 400 grams
Fresh Cream 2 ½ tbsp
Desi Ghee ½ tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Nutmeg Powder ¼ tsp
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Onion ½ sliced
Green chili 2 Sliced
Green bell pepper 1 small julienne cut
Milk ½ cup
Coconut Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Procedure:
- In a wok add oil.
- Add ginger/garlic paste to it and mix it well.
- Add chicken and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add ½ tsp of salt.
- After 5 minutes add ½ cup of water and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk and ½ tsp of salt to it.
- Cook it then add cumin powder white pepper, and nutmeg powder and mix it well.
- Add cheddar cheese slice and mix it well
- Add onion green chili green bell pepper
- Add coconut powder and clarified butter (ghee)
- Now the chicken is tender
- Add fresh cream and mix it well.
- Heat handi on a stove and pour chicken reshmi paneer handi to it.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and ginger julienne.
Chicken Reshmi Paneer Handi is ready to serve.
