Then, Seared Pork Cutlets and peppers in a fresh marinara served over rigatoni provides an equally appealing choice. Fortunately, we get both in this episode!

I love capers! One year I even put them in my dressing on Thanksgiving. They didn’t make much of a difference in the overall flavor, but I kind of enjoyed them being there…
