Chilli Flake . . . 1 tea spn
Salt to taste or..... 1.2 tbl spn
Dry plum................7-8 pecs
Whole Green chilli . . . . . 5-7pecs
Whole Garram masala.1 tb spn cumin seeds+4star enies+3-4 little stick of cinnamon+Black cardamom 3+Black paper10+cloves10))))))))
if you like garam masala powder you can add otherwise no need Whole garam masala is enough.
Crushed Coriander 1 tea spn
Whole Fennel seeds.1 tea spn
