For those of us who got to see them live during their US tour, this hits hard. This is why we love them so much!

As you probably know. A song written while they were touring the US last year. They were so overcome by the audience reactions. They hadn't seen this as in Japan the audiences were still under restrictions after Covid. The MV was filmed when they returned to the US to support the super Japan Legends 'The Last Rockstars'. The concert footage was when the first debuted the song at a sell out Tokyo Garden Theatre in front of the biggest audience they had ever played in front of. Available at the time on line on a subscription. Went on for nearly three spell binding hours........The Band that just never fails.

Miku posted this song was written to tell the U.S. fans how they feel about us after their tour here. I can't make it through this without tearing up.

The song a wonderful dedication to the Maidiacs ... totally deserved. And the video with Miku a fine metaphor of the often enough hard and winding road she decided to set out on a decade ago - namely to found a Rock band that should make a difference. She brought together brilliant musicians, but then realized that her own voice didn't quite fit the sound they had in mind, so a new vocalist took over the mike, with Miku picking up the rhythm guitar, which she didn't know how to play back then, making herself an apprentice to her own band - quite a vulnerable position, and often enough used by the vitriol spitters to skit upon that "missy one-note" ... but to no avail, because Miku is a winner, not a quitter. So here we are - 10 years after -: the band better than ever, same line-up, five friends and in the midst of it Mika Noguchi: guitarist, more than just a backing singer, band promoter, solo entertainer, role model and lyricist. It's crystal clear: the road has been conquered. What a great woman she is!

They are so genuine. In everything they do. When Miku says she wants to Dominate heart to heart, she ain't playing.

Band-Maid's songs are not too short. They are an example of good, concise songwriting. Growing up in the 1980s listening to Iron Maiden, I fell into the whole long song obsession, too. Now when I listen to Maiden's longest songs, I hear repetitive drawn out songs that could be edited down significantly without losing any musical content. Enjoy Band-Maid's short, perfectly composed songs as they are. You can always listen to it again.

Band-Maid always leaves you wanting more: guitar solos, more bass solos, more drum solos, more Band-Maid. We love them and it’s nice to know they feel the same.

Miku's desert scene was filmed while they were in the US. Being a love letter to their fans, having attended the last tour, this song just hits hard.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。American fans' warm support during their 2022 US tour ultimately made Kanami, Miku and Saiki create this beautiful ballad with a main part of lyrics in English. I believe that is the one and only reason why they filmed this MV in the USA. (I hope fans in UK / Europe will make them do it again after their European tour which Miku wants to to do sometime soon) We, Japanese fans, were honored to enjoy its live debut on Jan.9. I was there at Tokyo Garden Theater. The audience was soothed by two serial songs "About Us" and "Memorable", two love letters to their fans.

When *BAND-MAID* tours *Europe* they will be inspired to write a whole Album 🥰

Chief, this song does stir up thoughts of old friends and other emotions, but does so in a gentle way, there is a lot of subtlety for a song that has so much going on in it, I don't know how they do it, but it's beautiful.

Hi Chief, now that we know that Lord of the Lost will be presenting Germany at this year's Eurovision, it would be exciting to see your reaction to 'Die Kreatur- Goldener Reiter (Joachim Witt cover) lyrics with English translation' (just copy-paste this into the YT search bar). Die Kreatur was a short-lived but awesome music project of Chris Harms (the Lord of the Lost's singer) and Dero Goi (OOMPH!'s ex-singer). Their first and only album 'Panoptikum' is brilliant! The original song 'Goldener Reiter' was released back in 1981, when Chris was just one year old and Dero was 11. Chris and Dero's version is rather different from the original - it's very dark, very Depeche Mode-esque, which suits the lyrics better IMHO as it is a sad story about a man who had everything but lost it as a result of mental illness. Dero and Chris sing this song in turns. I like Dero's voice better (it is more gentle and velvety and cracks beautifully when he sings 'meinen Augen') but Chris is great in his own unique way, too. Sorry it took so long to watch but this song (unfortunately) has become synonymous with My disappointment of the lack of the rest of the World being able to celebrate their 10th Anniversary in person It is a personal idiosyncrasy that I cannot (however hard I try) to shake not to say I hate this song or anything, I actually love it (Par for course with Band-Maid) but it does not resonate with Me the same way as "About Us" did.
