I’m Glad you have pointed out that men can also be victims of abuse, it’s actually more common than people realise. Adding to that abusive female partners use false allegations to continue their abuse of their partner.

Absolutely no equlity . This is utter biase . Im a father who has been cut off. There is no abuse , as a loving father who has always been in the children's lives the legal systems, CAFCAS and CMS are utterly tilted towards mothers. Even those who lie, make false claims, try to bad mouth the children's father to the children regardless of damage it may cause them .

Sadly agree with you, I can see things are stacked against fathers from the get go

Sound like every other domestic abuser in denial. Fact is if a parent is innocent then there is usually no case to answer... Prove her wrong

@@limitlesspossibilities444 every other abuser ? That is why the system is how it is . Broad sweeping statements like that. Selfish liars, and narcissist are abusing their children . Where are the women speaking out for them ?

Can anyone help me in this despair that I'm going through of not being able to see my child?
@etiennedelaunois17372 жыл бұрын
I'm very happy that you precise that men can be victim of abuse. We also need to precise that there is more and more men abused by women coming forward today. I think it is because men start to speak up a bit more. The problem with court is that even if in theory, the child is the main priority of the court, it is still very often human decision made. It means that judge still struggle to see that women controlling the relationship of the children with the dad, is not beneficial for the child.

Local social service got involved , and they ignore the existence of domestic abuse and blame both parents for harm the children emotionally. I had applied C100 recently, but my STBX asked me to go for mediation and wanted me to agree with his 50/50 shared custody. Should I go? Could you please give me some advice?

This is a waste of time. Women are convinced by solicitors to make false domestic abuse allegations so solicitors can claim legal aid (solicitors benefits). They rarely get paid any other way. So chances are your ex-partner will make false allegations. Get ready for it. It hurts.... You will never mentally recover from this process.

Here are the facts for anyone stupid enough to listen to dimwits.... Legal aid is only granted to women with proven convictions of domestic violence against the perpetrator which says it all about Paul. Solicitors make billions representating many aspects of law aside from family court cases. Legal aid cases are a tiny fraction within the industry.

@@graciemcmaster27 and her gender bias is a life ender. Can you imagine a Barrister doing a video on knife crime and saying typically the person is black so if I slip into saying the guilty party is black that fine it's just because they mostly are. Wow! Just be neutral as the law should be and say respondent / applicant and abused / abuser.
