@The Daniel Findling Law Firm, PLC-- can you please help the poor child in the comments who says their father is hitting them and they can't get back to America I am a college student, so I reckon you have more resources/knowledge to help them than I do, but I'll try my best

So what action can i take to see my son .. me an my lady ended up separated an she has him now .. I'm not allowed over to her moms an i haven't seen or held him in 2 weeks .. i jus get photos an we aren't talking.. what legal action can i take to see him without getting arrested

I have an American passport, but my father took me to Yemen and took it from me. He is hitting me constantly. He does not allow me to leave the house or go to school. I only need help.

Does the judge have to sign the support order or can anyone just sign the judges name to the order?

An Order must be signed by the Judge.

@@MichiganDivorceGuy This is NOT true because a judge in Michigan lets other people sign his name to court orders and file the order with the clerk. Can you tell me is there a statute o a MCR that allows that to happen? Really Thank You for the reply. I know this because i have 3 orders with different signatures of the same judge.

@@jerrylewis397 Feel comfortable calling to discuss your situation. It is not uncommon for a judge to grant others authority to sign his/her name for clerical purposes. The answer to your question would most likely be found in the cannons of judicial conduct and not a court rule or statute.

@@MichiganDivorceGuy what would be the controlling authority judicial cannons, MCR, Statute. The MCR states the order MUST be signed by the judge to be valid. How can you tell if the order was even seen or before the court if the judge themselves don't sign the order.
