I love the success Sonic is achieving. By the end of the film Sonic was calling Robotnik Eggman, who in turn was talking more like he does in the games... And that surprise at the end... Oh yea this movie is ripe for a sequel

Orion thought they were being clever when they released Child’s Play on the same date as Toy Story 4. On paper, that was quite fun. In reality, every cinema in the UK had Toy Story 4 playing every 30 minutes across 80% of their schedule and Child’s Play was played once or twice a day late at night. Then vanished after 2 weeks. You don’t pick a fight with Disney Pixar people. Scheduling on a different week, the cinema chains could have given more showings, but with the industry being what it is, they have to follow the cash cow.

I’m a die hard OG child’s play fan but even I can admit the new one was actually pretty good. I just started seeing them as two completely different characters (which they are but it was hard to separate the two films) I would actually love to see a sequel. They could make a girl version of the doll. (Tiffany) I’m surprised Sonic did really well but I’m glad it did.
