In today's Intermediate Chinese lesson, you're going to learn three Chinese Idioms (成語 chengyu). Commonly seen on TV or KZfaq channel. The last idiom can be heard often among Taiwanese people's conversation. 🌟Tip: the right 成語Chengyu can help you build up your vocabulary quickly and help you express yourself in an efficient way like a native speaker. All the example in the lesson include pinyin and zhuyin(bopomofo).

➡️ 措手不及 caught unprepared, caught off guard
➡️ 問東問西 to describe the fact that someone asks you a lot of annoying question.

Do a lot of chengyu follow the __dong__xi pattern? Can we say, "pao dong pao xi"? "kan dong kan xi"? Are there others? Thanks for this video!

Kung Fu? It’s absolutely fascinating but unfortunately I don’t know much about it. :)
