Thanks for your video. I have been diagnosed with Primary Raynaud disease over two years ago, have had the symptoms since 2020. It affect my toes badly and have ischemic ulcer on my toes all year around. Do exercise and keep my feet warm. Have been prescribed with nifedipine, losartan, sildenafil, prozasin, triglycerine nitrate to dilate the arteries on my toes but nothing work but causing unpleasant side effect. I have a healthy diet, non-smoker/alcohol drinker. Tried to go for acupuncture and reflexology therapies. Is there any advice for me please? Thank you!

How can the spleen affect overthinking and worrying? I can see physical connections, but I don't understand the cognitive/emotional link to a bodily organ.

In Chinese medicine, when referring to an organ, it actually means the organ system which includes the channel and energetics. It’s not the same as western anatomy and physiology. Each element/organ/channel has an emotion associated with it. Energetically, those emotions can either be caused by a problem from the outside thus leading to stagnation or stagnation that is in the organ system is causing the emotion to be prevalent. For diagnosis, you would look at which emotions are dominant and then try to see if other symptoms are present relative to that organ system. I should make a video on this, it’s a good question :)

Chinese Medicine and India systems are similar for sure, possibly that Chinese borrowed from Ayervadic system many many years ago and similarities are there
