My meditation: I look for my pulse two fingers to the right and two fingers to the left of my neck or my temples. I then find this movement from left to right between my fingers and inside me which originates from the beating of my heart. I fix my attention on this movement. I'm!...Ma méditation: Je cherche mon pouls deux doigts à droite et deux doigts à gauche de mon cou ou de mes tempes. Je trouve ensuite ce mouvement de gauche à droite entre mes doigts et à l'intérieur de moi qui origine des battements de mon coeur. Je fixe mon attention sur ce mouvement. Je le suis!...
