Thanks for the reaction. :) Your tip on just cooking the rice to 80% then skipping the refrigeration makes so much sense. The rice will finish cooking when you fry it, which really should make it even better than cold rice since it's actually getting fried to finish it off. Also using less energy and lowering our impact on the planet is something we should always be thinking about, no matter how big or small the effect is.

Ok, I’ve already seen the “ Uncle Roger “ version, but it was a shorter edited video. In all honesty, I don’t find him funny, just way too much swearing for no apparent reason and the fried rice he cooked, was as you said, “ just way too many ingredients”. I liked your explanation about the best way to cook rice for “ egg fried rice”, that was very informative and practical. Also you forgot to say goodbye at the end....😫........please don’t forget! 👍🏼😁
