It's a perfect dish to eat at celebrations and other special occasions, isn't it?
It's a little bit time-consuming to cook it since you have to prepare lots of ingredients.

You can use fewer ingredients for everyday meals if you want.

▽INGREDIENTS-Chirashi Sushi-
300g rice
The 4-cm square piece of dried kombu seaweed
370ml water
2 tbsp sugar
2.5 tbsp vinegar
2/3 tsp salt
2-3 dried shiitake mushroom
1/4 carrot
250ml dashi broth and water used to reconstitute dried shiitake mushroom
1 tsp sake
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
▽INGREDIENTS-Lotus Roots Pickled in Vinegar-
50g lotus root
90ml dashi broth
60ml vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 piece of red chili pepper (Japanese Dried Chili Cuts)
▽INGREDIENTS-Kinshi tamago (thin, sliced egg)-
1 egg
1 tbsp sake
a pinch of sugar
a pinch of salt
▽INGREDIENTS-Other Ingredients-
8 shrimps
dried shredded seaweed(if you want)
flying fish roe( if you like)
6 snow peas
