I gotta say, "School of Chocolate " really opened my eyes to how creative and artistic you can be with chocolate, and Amaury is master of his craft! Fingers crossed we get a season 2!

I literally binged all the school of chocolate episodes in one sitting, its such a great show and the chocolate sculptures are absolutely mind blowing :D

You can't beat a true Master at his craft. His work is absolutely perfection at its best. Great Respect!

I love how the final product wasn't on the thumbnail but I knew I'd see something amazing. When I saw the horse I wowed knowing you'd actually sculpt a whole horse and it was more beautiful than I'd imagined! Dunno about tape on chocolate though.

I started to watch School of Chocolate kinda as a background noice while doing other stuff, or at least that was the plan. You really hooked me, such amazing work, nice people and so much creativity. I would have liked to get a bit more information about the mixtures e. g. for the sugar dome or the pencil, so I could try things my self (I am just a hobby cook, so no basic knowledge about all of this, well beside eating chocolate. But I would like to try some stuff e.g. with my children, when they are old enough.). Looking forward to the second season. Maybe with a review, what the first cast is doing know.

I am blown away yet again

It's crazy that I am a rollercoaster junkie (the scarier the better) yet something as simple as a carousel can give me motion sickness...I am just not good with things that go around in circles. However, I have seen some of the most beautiful carousels over the years and your carousel is no exception...actually, I may be a little biased. if I am being honest, I think yours wins hands down. It must be all of that chocolate.🍫💓💓💓
