Butter - 2/3 Cup (150g) Melted and warm
2 Large Eggs
Brown Sugar - 2 Cups (400g)
Vanilla Extract - 2 Tsp
All Purpose Flour - 2c (240g)
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - A Pinch
Semi Sweet Chocolate - 100g
Chocolate Chips - 150g
BAKE At 175c For 25 To 30 Minutes

This didn't turn out well! As posted, after baking even fir 35 minutes the underneath was soggy & not baked as shown! Does this blondie dry out after cooled? Please enlighten. Vwry disappointed ☹️ Note - please check if quantity of sugar is correct,its extremely sweet😮

Make sure you beat the sugar and egg very well and the melted butter should be little warm Add dark chocolate so sweetness will be balanced and yes its a sweet dessert. Yes blondies dry out after cooled so make sure its completely cool down before you cut it 👍👍
