Black Chocolate:50g
Yolk:40g(around 2 yolks)
Tapioca Starch:20g
Milk:200g
Sugar:30g
Unsalted Butter:15g
Vanilla Extract:1 teaspoon
Preheat the ovan to 210ºC. Bake at 200ºC for 15mins, followed by 170ºC for mins and 140ºC for 10 mins.
