Nhl hockey 2024 - Today we're choosing a face of the franchise for all 32 nhl teams . This one is a little different from the typical nhl highlights today , trade rumors and general hockey news , plus recaps breakdowns reactions to nhl games so let me know if you want more like this. I know we usually tend to focus on the leafs oilers and canucks, but this 2023-24 season we're trying to cover every team including this type of content. I'll also be making rankings and top 10 videos as the season winds down. This nhl face of the franchise list features the Anaheim Ducks , Arizona Coyotes , Boston Bruins , Buffalo Sabres , Calgary Flames , Carolina Hurricanes , Chicago Blackhawks , Colorado Avalanche , Columbus Blue Jackets , Dallas Stars , Detroit Red Wings , Edmonton Oilers , Florida Panthers , Los Angeles Kings , Minnesota Wild , Montreal Canadiens , Nashville Predators , New Jersey Devils , New York Islanders , New York Rangers , Ottawa Senators , Philadelphia Flyers , Pittsburgh Penguins , San Jose Sharks , Seattle Kraken , St Louis Blues , Tampa Bay Lightning , Toronto Maple Leafs , Vancouver Canucks , Vegas Golden Knights , Washington Capitals and Winnipeg Jets ALL have their picks today in this one.

I remember being a so young watching a kid from nova scotia became the face of the league and a Russian phenom who could barely speak English blast down the wing with a mirror visor yellow laces with the tongues out I love that I grew up in that Era of hockey

Before the video started, I made my own picks. Matched on 18 of them. The only one that surprised me that you didn't even consider was Igor in NY. They have many faces to choose from, but that city in particular needs its stars so I guess it's fitting. Additional side note, as a Red Wings fan I love Cat, but it's not even close. Larks is "the diesel engine that runs the team" as Micky Redmond frequently points out.

yeah these 2 stood out to me too. Larkin is easily the face of the Wings and Igor has to be mentioned, they love him.

Literally born and raised to hate the Habs, but I agree too. Caufield just seems to be having the time of his life out there. I love guys like that who treat playing in the NHL like the childhood dream it was for so many of us.

As a habs fan nick is still the face, Cole has underperformed a lot for his expectations in the first half of the season so I feel like for a lot of habs fans it’s still nick

As a Lightning fan yeah I agree with Stamkos, when I moved to Tampa 8 years ago the first thing I saw in the city was a massive poster of him and Kucherov, and I know the whole city will be heartbroken when the day comes he’s not a bolt anymore

Also Adding Jack Eichel was the center position piece they desperately needed. I’m not saying he’s the face of the franchise, just saying I believe he’s a big reason why they won the cup.

Stars fan here. So hyped to hear you mention Roope Hintz! He's my favorite player, and pretty underrated compared to some other Dallas Stars. Surprised you didn't mention Miro Heiskanen. I didn’t fully appreciate how much he contributed to the team until he was out with an injury this season.

People hate Binnington from other fanbases, but many GMs and players think highly of him as a goalie. He’s a playoff performer. Not great in the regular season necessarily, but he’s one of the best in the league come post season time.

I love panarin, he's great, funny and has a super warm aura about him like a puppy. But to me the face of my rangers is Mika (Or rather the Mika & Kreids duo). New York loves Mika and he looks like the absolute package of a charming and great guy. I see why you'd pick panarin and absolutely see why you put fox in the running (i'd even put igor up there with them). Overall good video, keep it up.

I just want to say, the parallel between Kopitar/Doughty and Pettersson/Hughes should have Vancouver fans excited about a widening Stanley Cup window. Canucks have two faces of the franchise entering their prime in two of the most important spots.

I wish Marner got more recognition. He’s grown so much, from the guy who always turned over the puck, to the guy who you know will force a turnover from the other team. Most of Matthews goals are off of steals from Marner.

I love Rasmus, but if you need a runner up “face of the franchise” for Buffalo, I think Tuch is it. He plays with heart, he’s a local(ish) guy, every Buffalo fan I know loves him.. I’d love to see him get the C when Okposo retires, I just hope he can get his groove back, stay healthy and start winning games

As a lifelong Dallas fan, it's 100% Jamie Benn not Robo. Jamie was the young superstar talent when I was young, and is now the older vet captain. Also has been through more than his fair share of controversies.

@@toke7342 Whats so far funny? He already is running plays on the ice. More so than Stamkos. Kuch is always telling them where to be or where to go for a certain play. Has been for the last 3-4 years. They gave him a A because of it. He is now vocal when he needs to be and leads by example when he has too. Right now he leads the NHL in scoring. He sees the ice like Crosby or McDavid. Of coarse he is running things on the ice. Anyone watching Tampa games knows this. Common knowledge. Tell me your clueless without actually telling me. 😂

It’s definitely Stammer, and I’m glad made that argument because a lot of people think it’s Kucherov, but not a single Tampa fan hates Stammer, which you could argue against Kuch.
