Chris Bumstead's Quad Workout
Warm Up (Leg Press, Hip Abduction/Adduction, Lying Leg Curl, Leg Extension)
1. Barbell Squat 5 x 10 (does not include warm up sets)
2a. Leg Extension 4 x 15
2b. Bulgarian Split Squat 4 x 15
3. Machine Squat 5 x 12
4. Calf Press 5 x 20 (Using Rest-Pause as needed)
