It was a long drive home after Chris' workout so we stopped in at Tim Horton's to see if Chris could pull off a high protein moderate fat/carbs post-workout meal. Turns our Tim's Horton's threw Chris a curve ball not having any grilled options. Watch the video to see what he ended up with! Have you tried to eat clean at Tim Horton's? I love Timmy's breakfast, they have the 2 for 5 here in Windsor, i get 1 with bacon, 1 with sausage, add mayo on English muffins, so good for a cheat meal lol sometimes ill get a double chocolate too 🍩
