I once met Chris Eubank around 1998 in Brighton (where he lives) as the sun was going down and we were heading home. I was a huge fan of his and asked for a photo and was worried I was bothering his private time as he was enjoying a coffee watching the tide come in. He was a true gent, was so generous with his time and so polite and patient. I felt bad as my request opened the floodgates and others all stepped up wanting photos and autographs (and this was before camera phones so photos were a slow and clunky drag) but he treated them all with respect and politeness. A true gent and a real star in his day.

Eubank is such a fun character! I believe this man could have a long successful acting career. I think the best is yet to come for this man, he can just put a smile on your face.
