Chris Morocco, you should have your own segment called "not Claire's show." In all seriousness, this segment was awesome. It's very informative. You keep it interesting. You have a great cadance in your voice that makes it easy to follow. You exude a calm serious passion for a job well done here that really shows and appeals to people who, at the end of the day, want to take the act of cooking seriously and make something to be proud of. Chris is basically the prodigy of BA. He doesnt show much, but when he does, its perfection. He is that guy who always stay calm while spent tons of his time doing research, thats why most BA staffs always went to him for advices and suggestions. Tldr; chris is the genius of BA.
