I am from Paterson, N.J. And in the 60s there was a place called Falls View. Their hot dogs were deep fried and chlie and onions and mustard and called ( all the way). Also their French fries were great. Never had fast food as good as that and I am 75 yrs. Old now and live in Florida.

I like watching his KZfaq channel, if you’re ever really bored and don’t wanna do anything but veg and watch some satisfying and interesting hot dogs be put together masterfully and quickly, he’s your dude!

These dogs look straight delicious 😋 Nothing like enjoying a loaded dog by a park on a crisp, cool morning. When I was in high school, sometimes I would cut class with a few friends and we would drive down to Bloomfield (right next to Newark) to a hot dog truck called Archies. Archies had these ultra-thin dogs that you could order with cheese, chili, and spicy onions, and because of their size, you could order 5,6,7, etc. and pound them all down. Later in life, I lived in Kearney, and would make the 10-15 minute drive to Newark to visit the various hot dog trucks by the parks. This brings back so many memories. Life is short - enjoy it while you can!

Finally I found someone exploring North Jersey! I look forward to seeing your videos and I may have to stop at Chris's tomorrow!

..... Dude I live in the far North East, and I’m almost ready to hop in my truck and drive to NJ to get me some of these awesome looking works of art!!... There is a HUGE difference when someone likes and cares about what they are doing.. When they take pride in their work you noticed the difference immediately!!... we used to have great food like this, especially when there was a ball game, and all the vendors came out... You’d be hard pressed to find better comfort food anywhere.... Not the case now... I haven’t seen a good food vendor in years... I don’t mind paying all the money and leaving a really good tip, but I do expect acceptable food in return... it’s actually worth it from r me to make the voyage to someplace like this, knowing I have a good chance of not being disappointed.... Being a “Foodie” will make you travel far and wide just to get what we want... The money and time are secondary.... being totally satisfied and having expectations met are the main priorities 👍👍
