There’s no mind games, Urs and Ramon are competing this weekend so they can qualify for the olympia again. Chris is automatically qualified by winning so he can take nearly a year long off season. If Urs and Ramon didn’t have to compete again to qualify, they’d be chillin with their bulk foods too.

I was 230 in january, and im down to 206 as of today. Huge part in thanks to learning how to properly diet by watching your full day eating viedos. Also added shredded lettuce into the meal prep, cuz shredded lettuce gets you shredded - sometimes i have to get chopped kelh when i cant find lettuce haha. Thanks for all the help and advice Chris. Soon, WE LEAN BULK TO 220.

Hey Chris! Love seeing your videos brother, but I wouldn’t recommend using those black plastic cooking utensils. They can contain heavy metals and PFAS. When they’re heated while being used in cooking that can release toxic chemicals in your food that you ingest. Just looking out for ya. Take care man and keep kicking ass!
