I'm 16, I started working out Calisthenics about 3 months ago.. Last week I learned how to muscle up and now I'm doing 5 sets of 5 good form muscle-ups your videos about pull ups got me very strong at pulling Much love from Europe When I grow up I want to be like you❤

I'm currently working on my muscle-up progressions. I'm able to do 5 pull-ups, 8 straight bar dips and 12 sec l-sit. I'm going to get there one day with the help of your videos! 💪🏼🤘🙋🏻‍♀️

Great info and tips. I personally keep it simple by practicing explosive pull ups and straight bar dips. The technique flows in naturally with practice once you have the strength down.
