Your vids are rad Chris. Been following you for over two years. I’m in my mid 50’s. One does struggle with dietary issues. But your vids keep me going 😅👍💪

Bro, you inspired me. I would usually eat a bunch of junk food and workout, but now I’m changing my diet. Thanks for making these videos. You literally stoped me from eating McDonald’s today. God bless you.🙏🏻💚

The brownies looked good until bananas got involved, I'm allergic to them unfortunately. I'll have to come up with a subsitute for that, otherwise they look good. I make all of my baked goods including a frosting that uses soy milk which tends to be more smooth & creamy than if I had used dairy.

this is one of my goals, along with planche to handstand. I've been sick in bed for 5,5 years so... still a long ways away, used to be able to do 50+ pushups. Never did any training was always playing sports which gave me the strenghts I gues. Now after being sick for so long I coudn't even do a normal pushup anymore, had to start with kneepushups, now I can do about 5 to 7 normal pushups in a row. progress is slow, it feels like my tendons need to get strengthened more then my muscles. I'll keep working on it little by little, honestly hard to keep up my motivation seeing how much strenght I've lost, I often fall of the routine after a couple months 😅 specially now that I've started work again I find it hard to find energy for a workout. I've found starting is often the hardest thing, once I've started it's easy to finish the routine. anyway don't mind me writing my problems/thoughts. sometimes just need to get it out of my system, complain a bit and move on 😂 Best of luck to anyone reading it this far. keep on working, do your best.
