Hi everyone, here I am sharing tiny Christmas mushroom fairy house jar lantern clay craft idea & tutorial complete with poinsettia flower painted in red and mini Christmas tree, works with air dry clay/ paper clay (any type, any brand). In this project, I used homemade clay.
In this Christmas theme fairy house, you didn't see snow but classic Christmas color in green, red, gold and white.
This craft can be used as lantern, table lamp, candy jar, piggy bank or as Christmas decoration at home. My little Christmas house is just a fantasy house - an idea for Christmas craft.

I just finished my first mushroom fairy house today based on your wonderful instruction....its all painted....can i please ask, do you apply an acrylic varnish to seal or no....? I kind of like the matt finish...

Wow..congrats. Yes, I use semi gloss varnish..you can use matte finish if you don't like shiny look.

Thanks. I use clayitnow best homemade clay and added few sheets of tissue paper. The white effect probably is because of lighting. Anyway, I use white universal primer after the clay dry before painting with acric paints. Here is the primer I use: amzn.to/2KbBzh3

Hi live your video's x could I use air drying clay x and how can I protect them if they go out side x

Thanks. This craft is not for outside but for indoor. There is kind of varnish to make things waterproof but I can guarantee things will work as you expect. So, yeah..I’ll keep it indoor. 😊
