It came out so pretty! This year I went with turquoise red and white with a mid-century feel. So I dig the light blue too. It’s nice to change it up just a little bit every once in a while. And I really need to paint the frame of our door. My husband painted the door, so that looks really nice. But he wasn’t sure if he should do the frame in brown or white. I do think white. But otherwise it’s super cute on our front porch. So cute watching Rosie giggling at her mama dancing on the porch. Stuff like that makes long lasting memories for the kids.

WOW, what a really nice transformation. You worked so hard doing it mostly by yourself. Thank you for being so real and letting us know actually how much time it took you to do it all. We often have unrealistic expectations when we start projects because we think it should be done as fast as what we are seeing on tv and that can be a real let down. They don't show it all and they often have so many people working on the projects that we don't see on camera. I loved your dance moves!! You are a pretty cool Mom!! Fantastic job all around!!!!

We put a thick sheet of plexiglass on a door at a job we had to protect the door from there dog diging holes in it. At my personal home I just installed a large dog door so they can go in and out when ever they want to

It looks beautiful Angela. When Aslan was on them porch it reminded me of what I heard on them news this week. There was a Great Pyrenees who protected his heard from a pack of coyotes and managed to kill 8 of them. Bless his heart he was hurt but he protected the herd. Have a blessed Sunday.

The kick plates were a great idea! I think the brass looks really nice. The only other thing you could've done is mount a sheet of plexiglass so it would be sort of invisible, but that would get scratched up pretty easily too.

Love your decorations. My first husband & I went all out for holidays except Halloween. When he chose to leave so did my joy. I conformed to second husbands way of life. Ill just say i chose to leave. Now where i live we, as tenants, conform to the rules here. Lifes hard but I'll live through your videos, which I love. God bless

Our back door is trashed from our dogs. 🤦‍♀️ We have a lever handle, and both dogs know how to let themselves in. And if our toddler locks the door, then the dogs won’t stop clawing. Our dogs also know how to turn knob doors. I honestly don’t know what we will do when we replace the door. I was going to a sliding door. That was until I saw a dog open one of those. Most likely we’ll splurge and buy a door with an automatic doggy door.
