We did Gentle and Classical Christmas last year. Loved the books and can't wait to read them again! We are actually doing the Caroling Noel (I think that is what it's called) from Campfire Curriculum! So excited. Right now we are doing their Give Thanks unit, this is the first we have used them! Thanks for sharing, looking forward to checking out some of these books I hadn't seen before. And My kids will LOVE that there is a Mercy Watson Christmas book!!!

I was homeschooled up until middle school. My favorite Christmas books are: A Christmas Carol A Visit From Saint Nicholas (The Night Before Christmas) The Crippled Lamb The Little Match Girl (technically a New Year's story, but still) How the Grinch Stole Christmas The Nutcracker (the original novel version by Hoffmann)

Who is Coming to our House is a very sweet board book where the barnyard animals are preparing for the holy family's visit to their stable in Bethlehem. We really like that one. I also found a vintage Tasha Tudor Christmas book that has stories and carols...it is so beautiful! Thanks for sharing your favorites!

Thanks for sharing! There are so many nice books out there, we especially enjoyed the ones from gentle and classical when we did their Christmas curriculum 😊 but one of our absolute favorites (and I can’t remember if it was in there as well) is the tale of three trees by Angela Elwell Hunt
