I am so grateful for watching this. I have been doing DNRS for almost 8 full months, a very dear friend loaned me the DVD's I too was down to only 8 foods, I also had a mild form of chemical sensitivities. I was diagnosed with H Pylori and candida overgrowth and leaky gut, I was down to 80lbs weak and no energy. I am now free of H Pylori and candida however I also suffer histamine intolerance and probably mass cell activation syndrome so still struggling with the food sensitivities. I'm glad I chose to watch this one because it reminds not to compare myself to others and that I can heal with this program. So thank you for sharing your story.
