Chrono Resurrection's Corridors of Time, produced by the talented Mathew Valente, is one of the most iconic Chrono Trigger covers ever produced... So I decided, why not give this an edit?
I'll likely be doing the same for Smash Bros. Brawl's "Bramble Blast" soon as well, before I focus on playlists for a little while.
What could have been... What would the future have lain in store for Chrono Resurrection had it not met its untimely fate nearly 20 years ago? I am not sure. Sometimes, it's better to appreciate what you have in the present than regret what was lost in the past.
Keep up with the original composer, ‪@tssf‬, who has been restoring a great deal of classic RPG OSTs as of late!

I suffer from ADHD and I find continuous loops are so important in my work music for not only helping me focus during work, but do so in a relaxed state where I'm not stressing from a racing mind. I'll get hundreds of hours of use out of this. Thank you.

I forgot how good the music from Resurrection was. RIP to a game we never got. In hindsight, I wish they would have just quietly worked on it and never said a word lol

Maybe I’ll upload a big mix of all the music I can find from Resurrection sometime (I have downloaded a surprising amount of recreations that were done for the OST. They don’t really have much from the future or prehistory eras). It really was quite depressing it got canned by Square, but not unexpected considering they also done the same to the “Crimson Echoes” ROM hack, the Taia777 “internet checkpoint” channel (although nintendo is often erroneously cited as the one who terminated it), and even this channel.

@tssf / Mathew Valente is on Mario RPG restoration right now. He painstakingly identifies every original sample crunched into the old SNES tracks, finds the old synth or sound bank it comes from, and remakes the song 1:1 faithfully with those full quality samples and equivalent envelopes / reverb effects. The last big hunt I remember was when he was doing FF6. Almost all instruments came from Roland or Yamaha synths of the time, _except_ the voice in Dancing Mad. None of the usual suspects in various synths' "voice" banks sounded remotely like her. One of the theories at the time was that maybe someone at Square could sing opera and they asked her for a few notes right there. Wonder if he ever found that voice...

i have never played this game, but have appreciated its sounds immensely, though i know not what to make of the emotion it provokes. I love it. This is one of the emotions i strive to aspire people to sink into while feeling the music. Instead of just listening.. Thank you..

The worst thing that people ALWAYS do is talk about their projects before releasing. With nintendo in particular they seem to actively search and destroy these projects. They fail realize or simply dont care that these are works made by fans on the games. And these works help spread knowledge of their work. They should he celebrated and not stopped. Then again this is nintendo were talking about. I heard of this project way back then and was super excited...till i got news of nintendo squashing it.

Has a very echo-y sound to it like its being played in a giant tile bathroom, especially when played at 1.35 speed. Not bad or anything. Just sharing the result. I tend to play music at faster speed. Does neat things to it.
