Chronographing the Daystate Wolverine Mk1

I have been using the rifle over the past couple of weeks and now i decided to check the power to see if it was still as it was when new. I tried three different pellets. A light weight, a medium weight and a heavy weight.

I was shooting my wolverine 2 Hilite yesterday. Only doing 9.6 ft lbs at 200 bar. Will have to do a full string to see if power goes up around 170bar.

not surprised you called it at 40, at the end of the vid after the dark air, there were a few questionable shots that maybe should be deleted. you seem to have a problem with the cycle of the last shot with all three pellets, mag ?

so they only 2 shots per diff weight at daystate is that what your saying ?,just got the b verison getting the same results, Are you going to regulate your/sons wolverine ? lane reg looks good, or a strip and clean ??

I wouldn't bother with the regulator as it stands. Phil Crampton of the Rat Works won't touch Daystates at 12 ft/lbs anymore because they are so hard to improve on. The Harper slingshot hammer does a great job. The reason that Daystate came out with regulators was because of public demand. It does make a big difference on high power, but not so much on low. You'll notice that the .25 and above don't use the Harper Slingshot hammer and rely on the regulator, but all these are in high power.

@@airgunsniper-elite7385 after 30ft/lb in .22 they stop putting the harper in, so have you adjusted the power on these ?up or down, need to lower mine a tiny bit, think there adjusted like the brocock concept ?

@@ballkeeper6662 I will try and find out for you. Will be going to the factory later this week, but expect yo should be able to adjust the tension on the hammer spring.

@@airgunsniper-elite7385 apparently they don't have that spring tension .so if you could find out from Simon or other to confirm that would be great .thank you
