Yes that is most definitely a cassette recorder a Walkman if you will from back in the 80s. But this one is not Soundwave or blaster it is more to represent Sound Blaster the clone of Soundwave. Sound Blaster was all black which was just basically Soundwave repainted... the other thing is the binoculars are supposed to go on the back belt not the handcuffs

I just found out about this figure by scrolling through pictures of a GIJoe fan club on social media. I wish I knew when this was coming out, it would save me a lot of money but I'm super happy that I got my own, it was one of my favorite figures, my friend had one and I could never found one so I'm glad that years later my dream to have one came true.

This is a great fig. Got mine yesterday. That's not a camera it's a Soundwave looking cassette player to go with the headphones.

Edit: the binoculars can fit in the spot where you put the handcuffs as well.

You can plug the binoculars into the c port where you had the cuffs as well!

The colour of the lenses in the sunglasses remind me of Bret Hart's shades. Maybe you could swap them between the two toy lines. Or not 😊

I think it's a first you posting a review the same day I received mine. I thought I might not like the head here from all the promo pics, I quite like the likeness now that I have it in hand. Overall a great release and great review!

That's an awesome packaging for chuckles. Why don't Hasbro do this for all the characters? They'd sell a lot more figures. I believe they would.

Props on the shirt for the review. If you know me, I was born in 1990, and my go to cartoon, animated series, it's Batman, but I love watching 80's cartoons. Not really familiar with Chuckles. My boys are 8, and they're all about WWE. My sister's husband, a little older, all about the GI Joe. So that's how I got here. So, if you are a collector, I can see why you'd want this guy, but why would you buy red repaints of the other 3? I'm serious.

@@KylePeterson1980 You can't beat the all black everything costume, traditional costume of the Baroness. I was just watching the episode, yesterday actually, where the Joes entered the multiverse, no Scarlet Witch, but like Baroness and Steeler, a Joe, were a thing. I like the hair options, but not digging the red Baroness. You wouldn't expect a lady, a true lady, to dawn the blue of the common solider, would you? And I'm not being mean or aggressive, I've been watching your videos here and there for awhile. I enjoy the fact you collect toys with your dad. I'm not buying the Baroness in the red. I do like that skull mask. I've seen all 3 of the GI Joe live action movies, the Snake Eyes one, they had a free weekend for whatever on Xfinity, Baroness, black. Imagine AC/DC...I'm back in Crimson...No.

I get it, they are selling toys and it's max profit to be like, exclusive. Whatever right? I did preorder the Vamp. Been building a GI Joe collection. Got many WWE guys, but my boys are 8, so we're not setting up cool displays like you got. The GI Joe collection is weird, because I've dug what I've seen of the cartoon, my sister's husband is all about GI Joe. Anyways, even if I'm not buying what you're talking about, I enjoy your videos. We're both wrestling fans. You're older than me, so you got that Warrior thing going, I got that Bret vs Shawn thing going. You got a good head of hair going. So can we agree, because of Mattel vs Hasbro, the GI Joe we need, but will never get, is John Cena?

@@KylePeterson1980 Except it looks nothing like Blaster. Now that people have pointed out it's Soundwave, I can't unsee it. Chuckles has clearly grabbed Soundwave when he was in tape deck mode, and put some kind of lock on to prevent him transforming. Now he uses him for his own purposes.
